How to Connect Your Social Media Accounts

Connecting your social accounts is the first step to managing your social media presence with Conferte.

Supported Platforms

Conferte supports the following platforms:

• Instagram (Business & Creator accounts)
• Facebook (Pages only)
• Twitter/X
• LinkedIn (Personal & Company pages)
• TikTok (Business accounts)

Connection Steps

Instagram & Facebook

Go to Settings > Social Accounts

Click "Connect Instagram" or "Connect Facebook"

Log in to your Facebook account (Instagram requires Facebook login)

Select the pages/accounts you want to connect

Grant the necessary permissions

Twitter/X

Click "Connect Twitter"

Authorize Conferte on the Twitter popup

Your account will be connected automatically

LinkedIn

Click "Connect LinkedIn"

Sign in to your LinkedIn account

Choose between personal profile or company page

Approve the connection

TikTok

Click "Connect TikTok"

Scan the QR code or enter credentials

Authorize Conferte for posting access

Troubleshooting Connection Issues

If you're having trouble connecting:

• Ensure you have admin access to the account
• Check that third-party app access is enabled
• Try disconnecting and reconnecting the account
